
Our organic bladderwrack flakes is hand-harvested from the intertidal zone of the pristine coast of Maine. It's a brown seaweed that is short and leafy with air bladders. Then sun-dried to preserve all its nutrients. It contains the most iodine of all the sea vegetables.
Bladderwrack's mineral content supports the brain, nerves, blood vessels, hair growth, skin and nails.

Bladderwrack Tea: 1 Tsp of Bladderwrack Flakes or 1/2 Tsp Bladderwrack Powder in 1 cup of boiling water. Let steep 10 to 15 minutes. Sweeten if desired.
