Uses:

Use in smoothies, teas, juices or straight from the jar. Made with gold sea moss, spring water, and organic freeze-dried berry blend. Sweeten with agave. 

This is a raw and perishable product and must be kept refrigerated, and it lasts up to four weeks. If you receive gels you will not use immediately, you can freeze the gels up to 6 months. They are shipped frozen Monday through Wednesday.
