Sea Moss Does a Pregnant Body Good
Are you pregnant or planning to become pregnant? Here are 2 great reasons to Get Moss'd Up!
Atlantic Gold Sea Moss provides 13% Folate and 14% Iron of your recommended daily value (RDV)! Folate (Vitamin B9) is crucial for our bodies during times of rapid growth - pregnancy, infancy, adolescence. Iron is also crucial for blood building and moving oxygen from your lungs to the rest of your body.
During pregnancy, sometimes our hormones are raging or some of us experience high blood pressure. Sea moss will be helpful to keep your hormones and blood pressure balanced. And with Covid 19 still causing havoc, it will boost your immune system too.
Don't be confused by folic acid. Folic acid is a synthetic form of Folate used to make Vitamin B9 supplements. Folate is the compound naturally occurring in plants.
Adult women especially have make sure to get enough Folate because we can get pregnant at any time (whether by choice or by chance). We want to keep our bodies healthy so that baby has a good environment in which to grow, especially in the first trimester.

Hello I just found out I am pregnant and I currently have the seamoss capsules and I find it easier pourer in my drink . Should I use 1 or 2 capsules the brand is from Atlantic nature.. and should I switch to seamoss capsules with spirulina
I got Irish sea moss because an herbalist recommend I consume it while pregnant and give to my toddler. Should I be concerned about iodine over doing in the Irish sea moss . Or is it safe to consume
You can purchase sea moss through me here I love this stuff https://retail.totallifechanges.com/limitlesslifestyle/shopping/itemdetails?itemCode=NTSMS-EN-S-ZZ&countryCode=US
I make sell and use sea moss. It’s been great ever since I started using it about a year ago for nutritional purposes since I started my vegan lifestyle.
I didn’t realize how it improved fertility until I became pregnant in September. I’ve still been able to exercise throughout my pregnancy I have very minimal symptoms like I’ve never thrown up or became nauseous or dizzy. Unlike my first pregnancy, I don’t have to take any iron pills and I’ve only been using seamoss for prenatal supplements.
My blood pressure is also the best it’s ever been 106/70. I’m convinced this stuff was sent from heaven.
