Shipping policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Sea Moss Gels are made to order so the processing times can be up to 3-5 business days. Any orders received after 12 PM EST are treated as the Next Day. Once shipped you will receive an email with the tracking. If there hasn't been an update in your tracking within 48 hours, please contact us!

Gels are solely available for those within the contiguous 48 states. All other items can be shipped to AK, HI, or internationally. Please note that customs fees are collected at the time of your order. If you receive a notice of duties owed, please contact us!
